Let me whisk you away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enter a welcoming calm space and allow yourself to melt into my chair and drift calmly away as I take you to a place of deep relaxation and comfort. Whilst you relax, and perhaps even sleep if you so desire, my hands will connect with your feet and help bring about a state of balance and a feeling of wellbeing. The scientific term for this rebalancing is homeostasis - over a course of treatments you will be encouraging your body to heal itself, easily and naturally, turning off the fight or flight reflex and allowing balance to be restored.
Most clients will feel better after their first session.
